Pain Clinic

The Pain & Physiatry Clinic at Insight Health Solutions provides timely access to comprehensive assessment and management for individuals experiencing acute, chronic, or complex pain conditions. The clinic integrates physiatry, pain medicine, rehabilitation, and psychological services to address physical, functional, and psychosocial factors contributing to pain.  

Care is delivered through an integrated, multidisciplinary model that brings together physiatry and pain medicine, with access to rehabilitation and psychological services to promote recovery and long-term condition management.

Equipped with ultrasound, the clinic offers modern, evidence– based image guided procedures essential for accurately diagnosing and treating a wide range of musculoskeletal and neurological pain conditions. Care is provided through an individualized plan, wraparound, multidisciplinary approach that supports function, independence, and self-management.

This clinic is for individuals 18 years of age and over who may be experiencing: 

• Musculoskeletal pain and injuries 

• Spine or axial pain 

• Sports‑related injuries 

• Mild traumatic brain injury 

• Stroke and spasticity management, including botulinum toxin injections 

• Amputee‑related pain and rehabilitation need 

• Conditions requiring image‑guided interventions (ultrasound) 

• Bracing issues (including custom orthotics) 

Patients excluded are those with: 

• Undifferentiated abdominal or pelvic pain 

• Addiction‑related pain
