Complex Case Activation Program

Our Complex Case Activation Program helps you rebuild your strength, confidence, and readiness to return to work—safely and at your own pace. We understand that some people have been through trauma, including first responders. Our team is trained to support you in a safe, respectful space where you feel heard and cared for.

This is a personalized program that helps people with longer-term disability claims return to work. It’s not just treatment—it’s about helping you feel stronger, more confident, and ready for daily life again.

You’ll be support by a team of caring professionals who work together to help you recover. Your team may include: 

• Physician – Provides medical recommendations (i.e. diagnosis and medication review)
• Mental Health Clinician – Supports your mental health, emotional or behavioural changes post illness/injury
• Occupational Therapist (OT) – Helps with daily functioning and work-related skills
• Physiotherapist – Helps with movement and physical recovery
• Kinesiologist – Guides physical activity and stamina building
• Other Specialists – Based on your unique needs

A full check of your physical, mental, and emotional health helps us understand your needs and plan your recovery. Done by our team of physicians and allied health professionals.
