First Responder Child/Adolescent & Family Mental Health Program

What is it?

The First Responder Child/Adolescent & Family Mental Health (FR C/A & Family MH) Program at Insight Health Solutions delivers timely, family‑centered, trauma‑attuned, and culturally competent outpatient mental health care for the children and families of first responders.

The program supports children, adolescents, and young adults ages 5–25, as well as caregivers and adults from first responder households, addressing mild–moderate to complex mental health concerns.

Care is offered by therapists with expertise in trauma‑informed practice, first responder culture, and evidence‑based psychotherapy modalities. Services are available in‑person and virtually, with access within 24–48 hours of initial connection.
