Core Measures Reporting and Feedback module for
collection, verification, analysis, and reporting to the Joint
Commission & CMS and provision of valuable feedback reports and
benchmarking data. All data resides on site allowing for a complete
audit trail to medical records and enables data mining of a
nonproprietary database. Verification algorithms also reside on site
within the system allowing near real-time processing of data before it
is submitted to the Joint Commission and CMS. Exception reports
identify cases, physicians and nurses for review allowing timely
intervention.
