A tool for automating the process for creating,
updating, coordinating and reporting the elements and the current
status of tasks established in the enterprise-wide work plan.
This module allows for linking of the Strategic Objectives of
the organization to the projects and tasks set up in the work plan as
well as tracking performance of these activities through the
established related indicators. On-demand
reports provide tracking of progress-toward-completion of the projects
and tasks by selected target audiences, e.g. CEO and Board of
Directors.
